Copper Kettle

Read many reviews about the place, some good, some bad. We ate there on a Saturday. Get there early and you should have no trouble getting a table. Got there about 4 or 4:30 it was pretty empty. The service was great the food was good too. The steak bites appetizer was a little weird but the meat was tender. I had one of the death by chocolate martinis and seared ahi tuna salad. No complaints. Our waitress was Abby. I would have given it 5 stars but again that steak bites was a little weird and I thought maybe it would all be put together but they just put stuff on a plate for you to pick yourself. It had a couple crusts of bread, some pickled onion and tender steak. Other places assemble their appetizer with some kind of dressing like blue cheese crumbles. If you order it you'll know what I'm talking about.

Dubuque, Iowa! Loved it. Great food, good times with family. Had the Salmon salad, it was moist and cooked perfectly.

Went there today for lunch and the service was horrible, took them 10 minutes to even get us menus and another 5 to print off kids menus. We heard the food was good and they offered a decent amount of gluten free options, well this is not the case. They have no gluten-free buns and all the sides the note that are gluten free are actually NOT as all the items are fried in the same fryer as the non- gluten free foods. So if you have true gluten sensitivity, I would not recommend this place. Sad because it look pretty cool.
